Guidelines for the provision of a water advice to non-owner residents
The Guideline for the Provision of a Water Advice to Non-Owner Residents (PDF, 92K)* specify the information that service providers must include in water advice notices to non-owner residents during each billing period. Water advice notices seek to ensure all non-owner residents are fully informed about their water usage and can therefore better manage and reduce their water consumption.
Existing service providers are required to provide water advice notices to non-owner residents in accordance with the legislation.
