Protocol for constructing authorities
Protocol - Authorised taking of water without a water entitlement under the Water Regulation 2002 - WAP/2011/4768
An authority such as State Government departments or local governments may take water without a permit or licence to construct or maintain infrastructure, providing the stipulated protocol is followed.
