These reports are provided in accordance with Section 16(1) of the Foreign Ownership of Land Register Act 1988 (Qld) and cover titles registry operations for the annual period. All foreigners, as defined in the Act, are required to notify the Registrar of Titles of any acquisition or disposal of land or an interest in land.
