Application to replace expired water licence on disposal of land to which expired licence related under section 229(4)(b) of the Water Act 2000

This application is a document approved for use within the state of Queensland under the provisions of the Water Act 2000. Under this legislation, on the day a registered owner disposes of part of the land to which a water licence attaches, the water licence is taken to be held jointly by all owners of the land to which the licence attaches.
