Application for seasonal water assignment of unsupplemented water allocation
This application is a document approved for use within the state of Queensland under the provisions of the Water Act 2000. A seasonal water assignment enables a landholder to assign the use of water available under a water allocation to another landholder for the remainder of the current water year. Such assignments can only occur in those areas where a water resource plan, resource operations plan or a regulation permits the seasonal assignment of a water allocation.
