Application fee for a Strategic Cropping Land (SCL) compliance certificate re-issue - for carrying out a resource activity that complies with the standard conditions code - part 1, 2 & 3
The Queensland Government has introduced a legislative and planning framework to protect strategic cropping land (SCL) from developments that lead to permanent or temporary impacts on SCL. The SCL fee structure is based on a full cost recovery model and is incorporated into the new Strategic Cropping Land Regulation 2011.
