Fee for a development application for a material change of use if the development's footprint area is 10000m2 or more, under the Strategic Cropping Land Act

The Queensland Government has introduced a legislative and planning framework to protect strategic cropping land (SCL) from developments that lead to permanent or temporary impacts on SCL. The SCL fee structure is based on a full cost recovery model and is incorporated into the new Strategic Cropping Land Regulation 2011.
