Fee for a validation application which addresses land that has the required cropping history and is zonal criteria compliant, under the Strategic Cropping Land Act

The Queensland Government has introduced a legislative and planning framework to protect strategic cropping land (SCL) from developments that lead to permanent or temporary impacts on SCL. The SCL fee structure is based on a full cost recovery model and is incorporated into the new Strategic Cropping Land Regulation 2011.
