Digital Elevation Model data - derived from LIDAR - per one kilometre square tile - all tiles in Local Government will be supplied - within a single project area

Digital elevation models (DEM) generated by LIDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) contain relief data through a regular or irregular grid of elevation heights. An ArcGIS 9.2 Terrain model is created from the LIDAR ground points and interpolated coastal boundaries, from which tiled ESRI grids and ASCII xyz files can be generated.
