Digital elevation model (25m) wet tropics (data package) - digital data for download
A Digital Elevation Model (DEM or DTM) with a 25 metre grid covering the wet tropics area. This includes Daintree, Barron, Johnstone, Tully, Herbert and Murray catchments. A DEM refers to a model of elevation values. DEMs are sometimes referred to as digital terrain models (DTM), a term applied to models of elevation, slope, aspect or other terrain attributes. DEMs are built from datasets of varying type, scale and accuracy.
