Fee for a protected plant tag under the Nature Conservation Act
Harvesting protected plants in Queensland under a Commercial harvesting licence or a Recreational harvesting licence requires the use of official tags that identify the individual plant as obtained legally for the life span of the plant. Official tag for a protected plant, means either a tag supplied by the chief executive, under the Nature Conservation Act or a tag used for attaching to the plant under a law of another State.
