Application for a continuing registration of 1 or more chapter 4 environmentally relevant activities under the Environmental Protection Act
All operators of environmentally relevant activities (other than mining or chapter 5A activities - including petroleum activities) - known as chapter 4 activities - must be 'registered operators'. This means operators of all chapter 4 activities listed in schedule 2 of the Environmental Protection Regulation 2008. Conducting one or more existing ERA(s) when the registration certificate is held by another person is know as a 'continuing registration'.
