Application for registration of 1 or more chapter 4 activities (other than a continuing registration) under the Environmental Protection Act
For this application the highest annual fee must accompany the application fee. All operators of environmentally relevant activities (other than mining or chapter 5A activities - including petroleum activities) known as chapter 4 activities - must be registered operators. This means operators of all chapter 4 activities listed in schedule 2 of the Environmental Protection Regulation. Registration certificates may be issued for multiple activities and sites where it is considered that the activities are part of a single integrated operation.
