Vegetation survey of Queensland - south western BB4

The vegetation of Queensland's vast and sparsely populated south-west corner is surveyed by this report. In all, 780 native plant species are identified in a 16.7 million ha portion of the Diamantina, Barcoo, Quilpie and Bulloo shires. The book describes the history, climate, geomorphology, soils and land use of south-west Queensland, and identifies rare and endangered plant species. An accompanying colour map provides a quick reference to the area's vegetation types.
