The vegetation of the Australian tropical savannas
A comprehensive technical report to accompany the map has been released on CD-ROM. The package contains the CD-ROM and a copy of the maps (2 map sheets and a legend). The report describes each vegetation map unit including a distribution map and images for most units and details the methods used to produce the maps. It presents a history of vegetation survey and mapping of the region and presents an analysis of land cover change in northern Australia.
