Approval of ways of giving information to administering authority for waste tracking - hourly rate after the first 2 hrs
There are particular waste streams which are hazardous to the environment or to human health. These Hazardous Wastes are known in Queensland as Regulated Wastes and are controlled by specific legislation. Under the Environmental Protection (Waste Management) Regulation 2000 a generator of waste must supply a transporter of waste certain information to be recorded.
