Concurrence agency application if the total area of the lots to which the application relates is less than 5 hectares, under the Sustainable Planning Regulation 2009
The Department assesses MCU or RaL development applications where The Department has been identified as a concurrence agency (Sustainable Planning Act (272(1)(c)(i))) on an acknowledgement notice issued by local government. The level of fee is dependent on whether the development is reconfiguring one or more lots into two lots. If the development does not result in two lots being established then the fee is dependent on the size of the existing lot(s) identified in the development application.
