Vegetation clearing application fee if it relates to another matter mentioned in section 22A(2) of the Act
Under the Vegetation Management Act 1999 a fee is required for any vegetation clearing applications that cover the following: Establishing a necessary fence, firebreak, road or vehicular track, or for constructing necessary built infrastructure if the area for clearing is 5ha or less; A natural concequence of other assessable development for which a development approval was given under the repealed Integrated Planning Act 1997; Fodder harvesting; Thinning; Clearing of encroachment; Clearing regrowth vegetation in a wild river high preservation area.
