Restricted - open short licence
This licence provides access to digital data for the purposes of creating and distributing created products. This is an annual licence issued once only irrespective of the number of datasets and is used for any of the following reasons: multiple supplies of data, an acknowledgement, signed agreement or royalty paid in advance for a specific purpose. It is not suitable when a royalty is to be paid in arrears.
