Application to relocate a water licence
This application is a document approved for use within the state of Queensland under the provisions of the Water Act 2000. This application is for applicants wishing to change the location from which water may be taken under a water licence in accordance with Division 3A of the Water Regulation 2002. Changing the location from which water may be taken under a water licence is referred to as 'relocation of a water licence'.
