Part B: Strategic cropping land validation: Cropping history: Form 1B: Version 1
Application form: Strategic Cropping Land Act 2011 (section 40). Part B of the form is to be completed by applicants seeking a decision on whether the property or properties have the required cropping history. Separate forms should be completed for each property over which an application is being made. A single application fee will apply to applications for multiple properties provided they form part of a single validation application.
