This publication summarises the public feedback submissions about the Strategic Cropping Land Regulatory Assessment Statement (SCL RAS). The purpose of the Regulatory Assessment Statement (RAS) was to evaluate the cost recovery options for implementing the Strategic Cropping Land (SCL) policy in terms of the impacts on businesses, communities and the government and to identify the most efficient and fair way to recover the costs.
