Incident Reporting Guideline for Recycled Water Schemes
This guideline outlines incident reporting obligations for recycled water providers in Queensland. This is a non-regulatory guideline; however, it does refer to mandatory incident reporting obligations required under the Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2008. This guideline provides specific information for a recycled water provider, scheme manager or declared entity about how to comply with incident reporting obligations, including: what should be considered when reporting an incident, what information is required by the regulator and how the information should be provided.
