Protecting Queensland's Strategic Cropping Land: Regulatory Assessment Statement
The release of this Regulatory Assessment Statement (RAS) is the next stage in the consultation process on the Strategic Cropping Land (SCL) policy. The RAS has been released to seek public feedback specifically on the economic impacts of the cost recovery options and costs to businesses associated with implementing the SCL policy. Submissions are invited from the community, stakeholders and other interested parties on the proposals contained in this RAS. Includes statement report prepared by Synergies Economic Consulting Pty Ltd for the department.
