Implementing Policies and Plans for Managing Nutrients of Concern for Coastal Algal Blooms in Queensland: Version 1.3
This document provides direction for planning and managing development and activities that can mobilise and release nutrients of concern (known to exacerbate algal blooms) to coastal waters. It provides advice to state and local governments, industry, consultants, land and natural resource managers and the community on how to implement the intent of relevant Queensland Government statutory instruments relating to the management of nutrients for algal blooms and how to incorporate algal bloom nutrient management initiatives into non-regulatory frameworks and activities.
