Report on the Fitzroy to Gladstone Pipeline Feasibility Project. Details of projects under the Statewide Water Policy Program of Works are available in quarterly progress reports. The development of a pipeline from the Fitzroy River to the Gladstone region will provide improved reliability in response to drought and increased supplies to meet demand growth. Gladstone Area Water Board will undertake all necessary studies and investigations, design, procurement and construction planning to secure time and cost certainty for project delivery within 36 months once circumstances requiring augmentation are imminent.
