These explanatory notes will assist drinking water service providers to complete the attached form: Drinking Water Quality: Incident Reporting. Part A of this form is to be completed and submitted to the regulator within 24 hours of becoming aware of the incident, as required in the notice issued under the Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2008 (the Act).
