Program evaluation report about the South East Queensland Irrigation Futures. South East Queensland Irrigation Futures (SEQ-IF) is a rural water use efficiency program that is provided to irrigators who operate within the South East Queensland regional plan area. The program commenced early in 2006 against the backdrop of a deepening drought and low to no water allocations for the first two years in some areas. Phase 1 of the program finished in 2009. SEQ-IF is a strategy implemented by government to improve the efficiency of rural water use in the region, particularly irrigation.
