Exclusion Decision Application
Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2008, section 322. This is an approved form under the Act, to be used by a responsible entity for a CSG recycled water scheme as defined in Schedule 3 of the Act to apply for an exclusion decision excluding the CSG water produced or supplied under a CSG recycled water scheme from the requirements of Chapter3 of the Act. Exclusion decision applications are assessed on a case by case basis and may be granted with conditions imposed.
