CSG Interim Recycled Water Management Plan Approval Application

Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2008, sections 202, 329D and 329E. This is an approved form under the Water Supply (Safety and Reliability) Act 2008, to be used by the responsible entity for a CSG recycled waterscheme, to apply to the regulator for approval of a CSG interim recycled water management plan.
