User Guide: Drinking Water Quality Quarterly Reporting Application
This document is a user guide for the Drinking Water Quality Quarterly Reporting Application (DWQRA). The DWQRA is an electronic notification form for use by a drinking water service provider (DWSP) to give the regulator details on drinking water quality monitoring results. This application has been provided to the DWSP as an alternative submission methodology. The DWQRA stores the DWSP's drinking water quality monitoring results data in Microsoft Office Access 2003 and exports the information to Microsoft Office Excel.
