Annual report for 2008-09 for the Condamine and Balonne Water Resource Plan. This annual report includes streamflow information, along with water allocation and use figures collected since implementation (December 2008). A brief review of the accuracy of flow gauging is also included. In addition, this report contains the results of monitoring programs to assess the system's ecological condition. Additional information was also compiled through consultation with water users and other interested stakeholders.
