Native title procedures: Mineral Resources Act 1989: Parts 12, 13, 18 & 19: Manual for applicants for prospecting permits

This manual is designed to assist applicants for prospecting permits covering land where Native Title may exist, to comply with the procedures now required by the new Parts 12, 13, 18 and 19 of the Mineral Resources Act 1989. These procedures, allow Native Title rights and interests to be taken into account, are additional to the normal procedures of Part 3 of the act.
