State of the rivers - Albert River - summary
This is the summary of the Albert River State of the rivers report. The report provides information on river stream characteristics and condition in regard to pressures on condition, physical habitat and vegetation at selected sites within the Albert Water Resource Plan study area. This information was collected over three days in January 2002 using the State of the Rivers methodology (Anderson 1993).

State of the Rivers projects assess the ecological and physical condition of Queensland streams relative to their presumed natural or original condition. After a survey, a State of the Rivers report describing the physical and ecological condition of a catchments streams is produced, including a comprehensive data base of data sheet information and an extensive library of site photographs. This series includes summaries of those reports.
