Guidelines for land and water management plans - Fitzroy Basin - July 2005

This document sets out the requirements of the Department to be addressed in the preparation of a Land and Water Management Plan (LWMP) for an irrigated enterprise in the Fitzroy River Basin. These requirements stem from the Council of Australian Governments water reform agenda and the allocation of water under the Water Act 2000 to achieve the sustainable use of land and water resources.
