The manual for recycled water agreements in Queensland provides information and guidance on writing a contract for the supply and use of recycled water. A Model Recycled Water Agreement is included in the Appendix that provides a template for recycled water agreements between suppliers and users of recycled water. This can be used as a starting point for preparing a recycled water contract.
