Deep drainage estimates under a range of land uses in the Queensland Murray-Darling basin (QMDB) using water balance modelling - technical report
This report investigates water movement below the plant root zone (deep drainage or potential groundwater recharge) for various land uses and soils in the Queensland Murray-Darling Basin (QMDB), using water balance modelling. The intention is to give a broad overview of the situation across the entire QMDB, and to be more specific than previous studies by considering a wide range of soils, locations and land uses.
