Increased profitability and water use efficiency through best use of limited water under supplementary irrigation - final report 2003
The overall objective of this project was to increase profitability in sugarcane production via improved water use efficiency. Specific objectives were: to build on past research to develop guidelines to support tactical and strategic decisions; further enhance sugarcane systems modelling capability; customize tools for industry and; work with extension officers in applying these tools in an action research context with industry. Created as part of the rural water use efficiency initiative.
