Cotton and grains adoption program milestone 1 report 2000
The objective of the program is to increase irrigation efficiency (IE) in the cotton and grain Industries by at least 10% and have 70% of cotton and grain irrigators adopting best management practice (BMP) guidelines which will be developed for general application for the irrigation of all crops. This document reports on the progress of milestone 1 in 1999-2000 as part of the rural water use efficieny initiative.
