Protocol between the Queensland Government and the Queensland Indigenous Working Group
The Protocol is an agreement on how to consult in a meaningful way with Indigenous Queenslanders to properly inform decision making in all policy development and legislative review affecting land and resource management issues. The Protocol is in two parts. The first is a preamble setting out broad principles and approach and the second part is a detailed schedule listing projects which are subject to the consultative guidelines outlined in the first part.
