Applications for a material change of use and reconfiguring a lot - V5 - fact sheet
This is a fact sheet to help landholders apply for a material change of use or when they are reconfiguring a lot. Approval is needed to carry out a material change of use or to reconfigure a lot when activities are made assessable by the local government planning scheme. Applications are made to and assessed by the relevant local government and, in some cases, referred to the Department of Natural Resources and Water for review.
