Application for review of a stock route travel and/or agistment permit decision

In some situations established under the Land Protection (Pest and Stock Route Management)Act 2002 an applicant or permit holder may make a request for the Department to review a permitting decision made by a local government. This form must be used to ensure the application is properly made.
