Recovery of Employee Overpayments Procedure - HRS/2011/4776
This procedure provides for the effective identification and management for the recovery of wages and related entitlement overpayments to current and former employees of the department. The department has a legal obligation to recover monies and this procedure provides a process to ensure that it is conducted in a fair, consistent and timely manner.
