Code for self-assessable development of operational works that interfere with water in a watercourse, lake or spring - WAM/2008/3500

This code applies to certain operational works that interfere with water in a watercourse, lake or spring, if the works are constructed by the holder of an authority to interfere with water under the Water Act 2000 and listed in Attachment 1 Works authorised to be constructed under this code.
