WM - 203 Effect under the Water Act 2000 of part disposal of land to which a licence to take water attaches - WAP/2011/4767
In accordance with section 229 or the Water Act 2000 (Water Act) if part of the land to which a water licence attaches is disposed of, the licence expires on the day of the disposal. This work practice clarifies the procedure for dealing with water licences that have expired under section 229 of the Water Act.
