Guideline - Activities in a watercourse or lake undertaken by a holder of an interim resource operations licence, resource operations licence or distribution operations licence - WAP/2011/4766

This guideline will allow interim resource operations licence (IROL), resource operations licence (ROL) and distribution operations licence (DOL) holders when undertaking excavating, placing fill or destroying vegetation (an activity) in a watercourse or lake without the need to obtain a riverine protection permit.
