WM - 313 Providing the chief executive's written agreement or consent under the Water Act 2000 (Qld) to a water related request made under the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (Qld) - WAP/2010/4292
Under sections 370(3) and (4), 379 and 383 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (SPA) if an application for development approval required evidence under section 264(1) of SPA to support the application, then:a request to extend or change a development approval must be accompanied by the written agreement of the chief executive from whom evidence would have been obtained for the applicationthe written consent of the chief executive from whom evidence would have been obtained for the application must be obtained before a request to cancel a development approval can be submitted.
