This purpose of this policy is to provide all departmental Employees with a policy relating to the coordination of requests for and the receipt of legal advice or assistance by legal service providers (including Crown Law, private law firms/solicitors and Counsel/Barristers) that are external to the Department of Environment and Resource Management (the department).
