WM 125 - The period of issue for water licences - WAM/2009/4030
The Water Act 2000 provides that a water licence must be granted for a stated period.The department must have a consistent approach to the period for which a water licence is issued. This work practice provides guidance on the setting of a maximum period for which a water licence may be issued.
