Code for self-assessable developments for taking overland flow water for stock and domestic purposes - WAM/2005/2017

This Code applies to the construction of works for taking overland flow water for stock or domestic purposes (stock or domestic works). Various water resource plans throughout the state make works for taking overland flow water for stock or domestic purposes self-assessable development under the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (SPA). This Code only applies within those catchments.
